Allison Barrera-Flores
Allison is a junior majoring in neuroscience. She is investigating the relationship between decision-making and speed of responding. Allison presented some of the laboratory's work at the 2025 Middle Tennessee Psychology Association Conference. Some of her hobbies include cooking, fishing, and gardening.
Asha Tharakan
Asha is a senior majoring in neuroscience. She is investigating delay discounting behavior in humans. She enjoys music and is a music fellow on campus. Asha enjoys traveling and hiking and hopes to visit every national park.
Ashley Adeyemi
Ashley is a sophomore majoring in neuroscience. She is investigating accumulation of evidence during decision making. Ashley enjoys singing in the University Gospel Choir and watching videos on YouTube.

Sarah is a senior majoring in neuroscience. She is investigating delay discounting behavior in humans.
Suzanne Cole
Suzanne is a senior majoring in neuroscience and psychology from Huntsville, AL. Her research interests include decision-making, learning, and emotional regulation. Outside of class, Suzanne serves as a campus tour guide and writing center tutor. In her free time, Suzanne enjoys listening to podcasts, going on walks, and taking dance and yoga classes.
Valentino Cheek
Tino is a senior majoring in neuroscience. He is investigating delay discounting behavior in humans. Tino enjoys playing golf and ice hockey, as well as keeping up with the latest hockey news.
